Is Pro a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep Pro, including the features that ship after you join.
How do I unlock Pro?
Buy it here, then open the Freecrop icon, choose Pro, and sign in with a one-time code sent to the email you paid with. No password.
I changed browsers or lost my setup.
Install the extension and sign in with the same email. Pro comes back. If the "I already paid" button doesn't find your order, write to us and we'll fix it.
Does Pro stop working offline?
No. Once confirmed, Pro keeps working offline and through outages. It only turns off after a refund.
What data do you keep?
Your email and purchase record, so you can sign in. Your images are never uploaded.
Can I get a refund?
